Returns & Refunds

At Mini Mart, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer the following return policy:

• You may return items within 7 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
• To request a return, contact us at: maliksaadio0967567@gmail.com
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item
• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: refund will be issued via bank transfer
• Damaged or defective items will be replaced or refunded at no extra cost

Note: Sale items are non-refundable.
